Most people don't realize the Charles River wasn't always just for pleasure boating or racing. The Watertown "Elk" mid 1930s.
The City of Boston is stuck in a hard spot. It is swollen with traffic, disruptions, and its public transportation is unreliable and at times, dangerous. Now is the time to introduce an emissions free form of water transportation.
